Lloyd Rakusen founds Rakusen's in Leeds.
1910
Lloyd Rakusen, Joseph Bonn and Theodore Carr form a partnership, creating Bonn, Rakusen and Company.
1930
Lloyd is joined by his son.
1944
Lloyd dies and the company is passed to his family.
1973
The Rakusens buy out Bonn and Company
1983
Management buy out by Leslie Fox and others takes the company back to private ownership – with the factory moved to new premises.
2015
Rakusen's bought by Andrew Simpson and three other partners... taking the company to the next stage of development.
2016
Bonn's & Co brand launched in the US and UK with listings in Harrods and Fortnum and Mason.
2017
Bonn's & Co website launches.
